MGL Asset Management has in excess of $100 million under management. Our portfolio consists of interests in loan portfolios and securitized assets. In many instances, MGL facilitates the acquisition, management and disposition of portfolio assets directly and indirectly as the general partner of captive finance entities. MGL's portfolio includes interests in real estate assets along with various business assets such as operating companies. While we are very confidential about investments, MGL is a very sophisticated organization. The firm's principals and partners have in excess of 50 years combined management experience. MGL accepts investment opportunities on a referral basis only and at this time is not actively seeking any new relationships or proposals.
